Bad service with intercape

We were supposed to leave at 17:00 it's never happened 30 later the driver comes to us to say there is a problem with air-conditioning and then on our way to port Elizabeth we only got 10 from Mount Carrie and never again we are so hungry the bus didn't stop anywhere else 701 intercaped so disappointed 😕 they don't that we are hungry we just left east London now no stop again
