Bad service no regard for people.

This bus is the worst 22/03/2023 our bus from Bloemfontein to Pretoria bus 802 was supposed to depart at 06:30 am...it is now 09:28 am we have 4 babies under 12months that are now starting to be restless..The intercape staff only came to us to tell us that there's a new bus coming in 10 minutes time and that was 45 minutes ago...I hate these people's service because on Friday I got to Bosman square at 11:03 I ran to my bus and they left me because they said its their time of departure and can't wait for me...but here I am 4 hours later waiting for them with my newborn.
