Bad Service intercape

As I write this Im with a heavy heart. I'm on a bus from Vereeniging to Bellville and we stuck due to diesel finished. We stuck in the middle of nowhere in the Luingsburg municipality. What is sad is that the bus has not communicated with us passangers. The driver looks soo emotional as all passengers are fighting with him while he's trying to explain how drivers need to authority to fill up. I tried to complain on whatsap number but I was referred to their email. I did and it's not the first time I'm complaining I never get any feedback from the organization. It's soo unfair how this bus doesn't consider our needs as passangers, it's as if they are giving us free trips and we have no say. To think their email address is "care@intercape but they do not care. I wish I can teach them about putting clients first for sustainability of business.
