Bad Service getting Worse at Intercape buses

I took a 917 Bus to Capetown I called the call centre to report a Smelly full of Urine Faulty toilet within the bus that I was going to Spend 18 hours in

Nobody cared at intercape When we got to Montrose garage in Harrismith the call centre lady promised to look into it

Nothing happened We travelled for 24 hours in a bus with No toilet

Unbelievable
