Bad Service From Intercape Bus Service

The toilets doesn't have a sanitizer or toilet paper. Bus was arrived late due to unforseen circumstances, however the driver didnt bother to brief the passengers regarding the delay.

You jump on the bus without being verified. The driver dont have the tablets, they just take your bags and give you a random ticket for the luggage.
