Bad service from drivers

I was left alone, while I went to the toilet, I was not even 5 minutes, intercaper drivers do not communicate with passengers and they were told there is some one missing, but they just left, I was helped by SAPS to catch the bus from Montrose, bare in mind im a woman, anything can happen
