BAD SERVICE

This company doesn't even deserve a star. Today, 14/06/2022 at 06h30am, my daughter boarded an Intercape bus 085 from Bloemfontein to Pretoria, and it had a breakdown along the way at around past 10h00. When I called Intercape to complain which was at 14h00, I was to told help was 1h30min away. Why was a mechanic or a replacement bus not dispatched immediately? They were made to wait while the mechanic was busy with the fixing. 15h25, the bus moved but then at snail pace as it was no longer in good condition. No replacement bus till 16h48 at Kroonvaal One Stop! The excitement of seeing my daughter has waned offThe bus was to arrive at 14h00 in Pretoria, as at 18h16 the bus was in Jhb Park Station. 12hrs of traveling...😒 With the negative reviews made before, but still bad service, it looks as if Intercape is far from improving.
