Bad service

I've bought the tickets at PnP on the 17th December and the cashier putten wrong location instead of Durban to Midrand. The ticket said Midrand to Durban. I requested for cancelation and was refunded in wrong account while I gave the consultant the right account. They never came back to me. On the 2 January I called them making them aware. Worst part the refund department they don't have direct number I'm not sure if the refunded me or not. They are service is bad after charging me mad amount of cancelation. Please refund me my money I need it urgently....
