Bad service experienced ☹️

As a disgruntled customer, I would like to report that the bus that I was supposed to catch left me..

I got to the bus station (Ultra City - Mthatha) on time and I asked the first bus that came if it’s the correct one and the driver said my name isn’t there and there’s a bus coming I must wait for that one coz my name isn’t there, he said he’s just gonna pick up one person who’s name was reflecting..

I then waited, then this other one arrived and I was told that my name isn’t there and also I was asked if I booked online and I said yes, and I was told that the online booking likes to give problems maybe that’s why..

I then called your offices and I didn’t get proper assistance.. I decided to lodge this complaint..

What’s frustrating me the most is , I was supposed to reach my destination on Friday on the 7th June 24, and agin I was left at the station midnight stranded..
