bad service experienced

The service at intercape buses is getting worse by the day . The bus was beyond hot and then we got informed that the is a problem with the air con and gas. So we had to be stuck at Montrose. The heat was too much. Please can management do something about cleaning them . Please please can they clean them . The bus is broken now
