Bad Service experience with Intercape Busses

Intercape no longer do proper maintenance on all their busses. 1. On Friday 15 December I've taken a bus number 421 from Pretoria to Durban station @ 6h20 and here's problems I've encountered * the bus was late to arrive at Pretoria station * the bus had mechanical issues, didn't have power * The bus stuck with us for more than 3 hours before Pretoria and Midrand * the bus driver didn't communicate with us passangers properly about the problem, he was rude * Intercape switched us to Their partner Bigsk bus. This bus was at lower package than we paid for and the was no toilet in the bus. This caused stops on the road for people to releave themselves which was degrading to people. * i arrived at my destination very late and my safety was compromised

On my return : Monday 18 December * Bus number 425 which also didn't have power on the road. * The bus made stops on the road which where unsafe * The bus got Stuck at Montrose for more than 1 hour for mechanical check up * I've arrived home late than scheduled time
