Bad service ever

<p>As I am departing from Pretoria to Pietermaritzburg on the upper level of the bus there is a small space between where the windows converge so there is air coming in from the outside...there is no charging slot where i can insert my usb cable and charge my phone...the weather is cold today but the bus drivers had the cold aircon opened...they only switched it off at Montrose Ultra City instead if turning the warm air for the cold passengers...</p>
