Bad Service Ever

I booked a bus from Kathu to Pretoria on the 25 November, i tried to cancel it they said i cant cancel before 48 hours. I asked to change it & there said they will send the details but they didn't. I called the customer care for more than 5 times which i had to hold for 5 -10 minutes & i couldn't get through. They just want to take my money without rendering any service to me.
