Bad service ever

Yoooo I have never in my life experienced such bad service..took a bus from Bosman station to Durban from 9h30 until 21h00 which is ridiculous...and on top of that the driver was sooo slow driving at 95km ..why can't we get good service and how do you think you will get business and retain customers surely our next we will opt for other companies...no more INTERCAPE
