Bad service

I've bought a ticket on Intercape and I have to cancel the ticket, I bought it yesterday at 11:47. I contacted Intercape at 14:00 today and was told that I can not get a refund as I need to give them 48 hours notice of intend to cancel. The lady on the phone was VERY RUDE and I could hardly get a word in.
