Bad service

Intercape is the worst bus service to book with. Second time I'm having trouble with them and they are not friendly to assist at all. In March I had to pay almost double the amount of the ticket after they did not change the name and time of a ticket. Then I booked a ticket yesterday to Worcester, on the ticket the pickup location says she'll garage, they are telling me the pickup location is engen garage.. Still no answer from them.. The lady was supposed to call me back in 20 minutes.. It one and half hours later.. They don't even deserve one star.. Will never ever book with them again..
