Bad service

I am currently not happy about intercape 0172 route bus 822 from Queenstown via mthatha to Capetown.There is no communication from the driver, the toilet sensor is not working and there is no 15 minutes break to stretch the legs.The service is very bad and the driver is rude towards. customers. I will never recommend this bus.
