Bad Service

I recently bought two tickets from King WILLIAM'S Town to. Cape Town at pick n pay & the teller told me that the pick up point will at Engen garage & that was not the case & I end up missing the bus. I was told that intercape send me an SMS with the right pickk up. Point and I did not also received that sms & due to that I have forfeited my two tickets, they will not refund me!
