Bad service delivery

Booked a bus from midrand to Butterworth after making the reservation they send n sms saying bus won't be embarking in Butterworth I must speak to the driver, the driver told me I can embark at Queenstown or umthatha n spend more money to catch a taxi 2 Butterworth, why sell tickets to Butterworth if their buses aren't going there this is so ****ed up I cud have used other forms of transportation if I was told before paying m so disappointed with this big time and I would never use your services again soze
