Bad Service

Bad Service and poor customer care the bus operator left my kids after refusing to check their ticket in Ladysmith- Cape Town claiming they have all the customers they needed when I sent my complaint their response was that the bus was there. Even though I attempted to drive to Montrose after the other bus operator checked the schedule and traced the correct bus. No care for facts a clear disregard of facts and zero interest in addressing the issue. Wouldn’t recommend this bad service bus.
