Bad service

My 13 yrs old daughter traveled in an intercape bus 914 from pta to Warrenton on 22/06/'25, scheduled for 07h15 to 14h55 in Warrenton. The bus was 3 hours late.

When it arrived in Warrenton at 17h20, the driver(old man) and his assistant started screaming and pointing fingures at my child, telling her she likes things. Just because her bag was loaded in a trailer, told her to go Into the trailer and look for her bag or follow the bus to Kimberley to get her bag because the bags in a trailer are only for the people going to Kimberley.

This is such a traumatising thing to happen to a girl child. Especially been done by two old men that were supposed to be protecting our children.

I am not happy at all with what my child went through. Not even an apology for the bus being 3 hours late to this. It is so unacceptable and unprofessional of those drivers.
