Bad service by Intercape. I miss Grayhound

Ah!! Shame, I think this long distance bus service business is not for intercape anymore. On the 3rd of May 2024, I was travelling from Somerset west to Kokstad, the bus arrived on time because it close to the main station but the bus arrived 6 hours late to my destination. I even missed the funeral I was attending. There were stops and go along the way which played part in this delay but we were spending 20 mins on average in like 10 stop and go that we came across but what I notice, the bus wasn’t in a good condition at all. It was struggling a lot on incline hence the major fact in delay. Some passengers were smoking **** and some drinking inside the bus 😡😡😡 I will never use it again. Come back Grayhound
