Bad service and *****ing money

I have bought a ticket at intercape from Bloemfontein to Pretoria and was told I won't be able to cancel my ticket and be refunded my money because the ticket was for the following day but I only bought it in less than 2 hours and I called to cancel in time because on their site they said I should cancel and be refunded if I tell them on time. I do not want to travel again due to personal reasons and can not be able able to change the route or date due to work reasons my ticket number is ***YY595. All I want is my money back not to be told I won't be paid my money.
