Bad service and rude bus driver

I boarded the bus from Qumbu to Jhb on the 08/01/2026 @ 7pm . What a horrible experience being separated from my daughter . Whilst others were provided with sits to sit together with their kids. When I inquired about it the bus driver was rude and nonchalant. I mean I made a booking and was not squeezed in because they had sits left. If this is what they call customer service they should go back to the drawing board.
