BAD SERVICE AND ******

What a disappointment!!! I travelled from Jhb to Durban 07:30am on the 23/12/2022 Bus no 0333 I was unfairly treated by one of the drivers who asked me to move for a white couple when we get to Harrismith because I was traveling alone.

If intercape was for couple I wouldn't have bothered myself to travel with as a matter of fact. They must teach their drivers how to treat people equally regardless of the marital status/ race/ religion.

Point number 2 the toilets in the bus are not working. We pay so much to be mistreated by the drivers and no satisfaction on the condition of the bus. I thought it was a better bus after Greyhound/ Cityliner
