Bad Service and Negligence

What sort of ******* is this??? You knew about the on going strike in Johannesburg but still you took our monies promising that everything was under control.I bought a ticket yesterday 24/04/18 from Park Station to Vic Falls and the bus was scheduled to depart Park Station at 1900hrs but guess what the bus never came yet your consultants kept promising that the bus was on its way.We slept at Park Station in this cold and none of the consultants came to let us know what was the way forward.We were promised to be refunded our monies in the morning but surprisingly your offices are closed and none of the consultants are to be seen,I guess their are fearing for their lives! WHAT ABOUT THAT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT SPENT THE ENTIRE COLD NIGHT ON BENCHES WAITING TO BE ASSISTED????? What have you guys turned into?I'm very very disappointed.
