Bad service and Inconvenience

Booked bus tickets for 3 people, of which 2 were minors. Been delayed at the border by the immigration officers the bus driver decided to leave my kids at the border at 3 am, with no alternative of transport, not even bothering to help or offer a solution on how they were going to get to Johannesburg from there.<br> <br> This is total unacceptable.. after paying so much money, and calling Inter cape several times. Until today no word of explanation to what happened, no one cares if the kids got to Johannesburg safely.. seriously. How then do we trust your services if you miss the most important point SAFETY of Minors<br> <br>
