BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

On the 14/12/2018, My family and I spent R900 to travel to EC with Intercape and that was a one person trip with an infant baby. To cut the story short a man on the bus that was supposedly a driver, ****EN BAD ATTITUDE AND MANNERS full of bull****. He first searched my girlfriend wallet because the “piece of paper “ he requested we did not know, from there he called my girlfriend names when he found her inside the bus helping my sister to carry bags because my sister had a baby with.....he pushed he out of the bus and embarrassed her in public. When i asked the company to show sincere and restore our dignity that we paid 900 to have it dragged on the floor. What they did was to say” we appreciate the complaint...” nothing has be said to show that they apologize......this needs to be heard by public this company is full of nonsense.
