Bad service 9

I'm deeply dissapointed on Intercape bus services. I boarded a bus from Cape Town to King Williams Town. The bus left CPT at 18:00 pm and the scheduled time for arrival at KWT was 10:00 am. I had an interview of 12:00 pm & I missed it because at Grahamstown the bus arrived at 7:00 am & left at 09:10 am. With no valid explanation. I demand an explanation from Intercape for their incompetence and poor communication s****s because I've been traveling with Intercape busses for a long time
