Bad service

Am traveling on Maputo to Johannesburg bus which depated at 7am the drivers stopped for recess just after south African border which was way too early now its 15:11 which is 8hrs they don't even want to stop for recess . The toilet is dirty from the beginning of the journey and we have kids on-board. . I called call center informed them on the current situation they said the would pass the message to control . To show who rude the driver is he didn't even want to say his name or bus number as I was speaking to the operator. Am used to the crew giving announcement and updates on the journey but this crew is one of the worst. Their excuse is they are late but we as passengers should be the ones complaining about time all we asking for is recess .
