Bad service!

You deserve a zero. I booked for Intercape and we received a tour line bus. We I didn't pay so much money for a bus that is uncomfortable, has no toilet and definitely not as advertised. Intercape is a ****. Plus their staff members are extremely rude!! Bad customer service overall
