Bad service

What a bad service I received from intercape on 03/10/2022 to 04/10/2022 from bellville to johannesburg after paying so much money how can they risk so many lives they knew that the bus was faulty from cape town now no communication we don't know what's going on and the bus was suppose to arrive at 13:30 in johannesburg.
