Bad service

A week ago I bought a ticket, waited more than 2 hours for the bus. Yesterday bought ticket and paid double the price. Bus suppose to depart 02h50. Its is 05h45 and still waiting for the bus. 3 hours wait time. Seems like the more you pay the longer you wait...
