BAD SERVICE

Horrible service, waited for the bus for 1 hour in the rain, then the bus did not stop where we were meant to be picked up, the driver literally looked at us and drove right past us! Then we were put on hold for 30 minutes when we called their care line only to be addressed by some RUDE teller who completely dismissed me. DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS YOU WILL REGRET IT. I want my money back
