Bad service

Intetcape service is so bad, so what happened is, the bus was late with approximately 1hour 30 minutes, then we spent more than 8 hours without having a stop, as am typing this message dehydration is killing cause we havnt gotten a chance to stop for refreshments because apparently drives are trying to cover for the time they lost at the expense of our health
