BAD SERVICE

I am so dissapointed with the bad service of Intercape. My children are currently on bus 215 on route to Mosselbay. First my daughter and her blanket got soaking wet because it rained and the bus is leaking by the upper deck right by the front window. There is no-one available to ask for any help. Then, they got onto the bus at 14:00. They had one stop since the for a bathroom break. They are hungry but the bus never stop for refreshments or food. You are putting strain on people's health!
