Bad service

On Tuesday I used a bus which broke down, was supposed to arrive at 23:50 but ended up arriving at home around 4am, today the bus alos has a problem not sure what exactly the problem but it supposed to be arriving at 23:50 at my destination and now we’re waiting for the mechanic which is 2 hours away and the time is 00:55 and I’m 3 hours away from my destination. In conclusion intercape is really bad now their buses have a lots of problems
