Bad Service

Intercape service sucks, Im traveling with my 5 year old son from Pietermaritzburg to Pretoria 22h20 (7 October 2020) and when I asked the staff from the office to assist me in getting a seat whereby I will seat next to my son, he told me that I should have arrived early to look for a seat, I should see my way around the bus. When I asked the drivers to assist me the 1st one ignored me, the 2nd one told me that there's nothing he can do because they can't move ppl around,, like really what is that... What happened to good ustomer service and Ubuntu... Now I must seat far away from son who is seating next to stranger. It's a pity I booked a return ticket but I swear this is my last trip shame.
