Bad service

boarded the Intercape bus (163) to Piertemarizburg.It stopped at Parkstation to board other passengers.I get to Pmb and My bag is missing.The drivers tell me there's nothing they can do, \maybe my luggage was taken by the Zimbabwe people that got off at park station"but they can only take my numbers.When I disagree and ask them to call the bus drvers"
