Bad Service

Just voice out my experience with intercape worse service ever have a business meeting to attend in Durban at 18:00pm now we stuck in a bus no movement, they telling us a mechanic is coming to fix the Bus all the way from Pretoria no communication from him what so ever bad reflection i shall further advice people to use different means of transport intercape no more service is bad trust me... ??
