Bad service

Complaint about unchanged ticket date on the system... Ticket no ********** 317OA847 but I went to the office to change it now I'm stuck can't travel back home as I'm being sent pillar to pillar ticket. Now noone is helping but all of a sudden being requested of doctor's letter what does it have to do with the ticket because it the incompitance of their staff
