Bad service

The bus was scheduled to leave PTA from 16:15 and I had to intercept the bus from Midrand. I was told to be at Midrand at 16:00 the bus arrived at 17:45. We were told that we will change to another bus at Jhb that process took 3hours to complete. Basically, we were waiting for 3 hours a bus that was suppose to leave JHB at 18:30 ended up leaving at 22:30. I arrived in Bloemfontein at 04:00 instead of 23:30 as scheduled. Worst of all no one explains to the customers. Call centre also just as useless.
