Bad Service

Bus supposed to arrive in Bethlehem at 01:05...at 01:35, I phoned the customer service number and was then told by consultant that the bus is running late because the drivers received it late from the depot...resulting in the bus running late with about an hour and half. Poor timekeeping, zero communication. Very bad service.
