Bad service

<p>We took the bus at 8:30 on the 1st April 2017 at Jhb to Dbn the bus broke down in Motrose since 12:45 we stuck there with kids. I'm very angry and dissapointed about. I need a refund cause I was suppose to be in durban at 16:30 now I'm still stuck in Motrose. When I reach dbn there will be no taxis I have to take uber to my home now I've to pay more. I hate this. I will neveragain take intercape and I will also advise my friend and family about this. </p>
