bad service

<p>Left Dbn on the 9th of jan and the bus kept on stopping due to engen. We got stuck for real now at the free we havent even pass montros. Bus left at 10:05 from durban 2nd bus to pick us up only arrived to 2. Where on the road now and one queation I ask myself dont they service thier buses. </p> <p>I doubt I want to take intercape again</p> <p>My 2nd complain I had left my art paintings in a rush in jhb check in point and when I returned to enquire about them no one took me serious even today those paintings are needed. I am really diaapointed by the service I recieved today now people have to delay with work. Discount return to passangers will do them justice </p>
