bad service
on 2015-05-29 I boarded a bus from Cape Town to East London. My ticket number is ***gr447. My ticket says CPT-EL-UMTATA. This should be a direct trip. In Port Elizabeth we were told to depart our bus and wait for another. The other bus was full and we ended up having to look for a seat again.
