Bad service !

My mom who is a pensioner travelled from JHB to Butterworth a few weeks ago and yesterday during a conversation with her she made me aware that they were subjected to the most unprofessional treatment on that trip. The bus made unregistered stops without notifying the passengers, he left passengers behind on 2 stops along the way and then had to turn around to collect them, they arrived more than 3hrs late on arrival leaving my mom stranded after her collection lift had left her behind due to them not arriving on-time. <br> She also informed me that he was quite rude and did not have any respect for the passengers on board. I have travelled on intercape between CPT and JHB in the past and had quite a pleasant experience, not sure what has gone wrong in recent years, but it is the last time I put my mom in such an uncomfortable and stressful situation again.
