Bad Service

I am so hurt by @IntercapeBus. I booked a 02:45 bus for my niece and nephew. The bus has not reached Welkom and it’s 07:35. The kids have been sitting outside since 2:15 in a crime infested town of Welkom. I thought taxis were bad this???😡😡 #intercape must do better
