BAD REDICULOUS SERVICE AND CONDITIONS ACTAULLY STINKING

intercape has to be the worse bus you can ever deal with, im suppose to travel with friends tomrrow night but unfortunately we no longer going tomorrow, i called to ask them to keep the ticket open and they telling me its too late to do that and shifting to another date will cost r400 and above for the 4 tickets penalty fee. this is rediculious im not even cancelling i need them to make the ticket open i dont know why they cant do that. this will be the last time im booking intercape worse bus ever, other buses you are able to even get a refund or make the ticket open, and i will make sure i put this on all social media platforms, at the call centre i spoke to nothando on this number ***
