Bad Intercape Service

Whilst trying to retrieve a package that was sent to Port Elizabeth yesterday I wasted an absurd amount of airtime being transferred to numerous departs just for some1 at Central Station in PE to drop the phone in my ear when requesting the employees name so that I could refer the person collecting the package to that specific person to verify that the package has arrived. Very poor customer service thinking they are usually my Number 1.
